Pima County funds free legal services for low-income residents facing eviction. The Office of Emergency Eviction Legal Services (EELS) is a new program that helps tenants in need of legal advice and representation in eviction cases. Rental Assistance
Tucson and Pima County Eviction Prevention/Rental Assistance and Utility Relief Program https://tucsonpimaep.com/. This program provides rental and utility assistance to qualifying applicants to prevent housing instability, potential eviction, and financial hardships for tenants and landlords as a result of the COVID-19 public health emergency.
